Hip:

Stand straight, measure around the widest part of your child’s hips.

Inseam:

Measure along the inseam from the crotch to the edge of the ankle.

Chest:

Wrap a measuring tape around your child’s chest, just under the arms at the widest point.

Waist:

Measure around the natural waistline, holding the tape lightly loose for comfort.

This is one that may be easier with the help of a friend. Measure across your upper back from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other. Try not to hunch over.
