Refunds & Returns Policy

At Quilanor, your satisfaction means everything to us. Every item is carefully checked before it leaves our studio, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review our return and store credit policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags still attached.

  • Custom or made-to-measure items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Sale items, clearance products, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email help@quilanor.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and may send packages via any UPS location.

Store Credit Only

  • Quilanor offers store credit for all approved returns.

  • Store credit is issued within 5 business days after your returned item is received and inspected.

  • Your credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact help@quilanor.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full store credit at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability.
Please email us before sending your item back to confirm stock.

Processing Time

Our team responds to return requests within 1–2 business days of receiving your email.

Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to our U.S. returns center. The exact address will be provided once your request is approved. Packages can be dropped off at any UPS location.

Additional Information

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Quilanor reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will appear on this page with a new effective date.
