Quilanor Shipping & Deliveries Policy

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the United States and internationally. Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take 2-3 business days for your order to process, excluding weekends and holidays. After shipping, you’ll receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Orders of $150 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

All prices on our site are in US dollars, and your bank will manage currency conversion at the current rate at the time of purchase. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to state the order’s value on your package.

Order Issues & Return Policies If an item is undeliverable and returned, you will receive a store credit for the item price (minus the shipping fee). Please ensure your address is accurate to avoid issues. If reshipping is requested, a $9.95 shipping and handling fee will apply. Quilanor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered.
