1. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Quilanor ships only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon.

3. What carriers do you use?

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

4. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Simply click the link to follow your delivery progress.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for standard-size items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Custom-sized, final sale, or clearance items cannot be returned.

All approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases on our website.

6. How do I start a return?

Please email help@quilanor.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will respond with step-by-step instructions and the return address.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Quilanor happily offers exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability.
Simply email help@quilanor.com with your order details to confirm stock before sending the item back. Once received and inspected, your new item will be shipped promptly.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@quilanor.com with clear photos. We’ll issue a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at help@quilanor.com. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any modifications.
