Return Details

You have 30 days from the date your order ships to initiate a return.

  • Please visit our Contact Us page to send a message, or click HERE to start your return.
  • Returns are processed within 1-2 business days once we receive your items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returned in protective packaging to avoid damage during handling.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without any tape or labels directly on it.

Exchange Details

You have 30 days from the date your order ships to initiate an exchange request.

  • Exchange item(s) must be received within 14 days of initiating the request.
  • Discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
  • Items with low or no stock may not be available for exchange.

Store Credit

  • Store credits are issued in the form of a Quilanor gift card.
  • Store credit will be sent to the email associated with the order number of the returned item once the return is processed.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, ensure that:

  • All items are in their original condition, unwashed and unworn.
  • Protective packaging is used to prevent damage during handling.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed in additional packaging. Please avoid placing tape or labels directly on the shoe box.

Custom Clothing Orders

For items that are tailor-made with your personal measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Since these pieces are crafted specifically for you, please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Accessories (sunglasses, jewelry, hats, handbags)
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Lifestyle products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and lingerie
  • Items with built-in undergarments
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items with scents, deodorant marks, or signs of wear

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us, and we’ll open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

  • This process can take up to 2 weeks.
  • If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we cannot issue a refund. Please ensure packages are sent to a secure address.

Defective or Worn Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at help@quilanor.com with an image of the defect and your order number.

  • If an item is returned without notification and shows signs of wear or defects, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
