Why won’t my order process even though I have funds available?

 It’s possible you’ve entered different addresses for billing and shipping. We only ship to the billing address your bank has on file. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal provided you’re shipping to a confirmed address.

How can I edit or cancel my order? 

Orders can be canceled or edited within 3 hours of purchase, as long as they have not entered the processing stage. Please reach out to customer support at help@quilanor.com to see if your order can still be edited or canceled.

When will my order ship? 

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days 

I see a charge on my credit card I don’t recognize. 

If you did not make a purchase from us and/or don’t recognize a charge from Quilanor, we will need you to contact us immediately so that we can look into this matter and get it resolved! Please select the contact support and provide the following information: Your email address, your full name, date of transaction/order placed, the last 4 digits of the credit card used to make this transaction, total amount charged.

My credit card was declined.

 If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase. Regrettably, Quilanor does not have details as to why this happened and suggests you reach out directly to your financial institution for any details regarding your declined payment.

Why was I charged twice?

 If you see a double pending transaction on your account, you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click “confirm” multiple times at check out. Not to worry, your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours, and you will only be charged once.

I want to purchase an item that is sold out, what do I do? 

Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size. If the item is sold out, a notification will pop up. Click on “notify me when available” and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.

How do I use my store credit or gift card?

 To use your store credit, all you need to do is enter the code provided via email (from help@quilanor.com) into the box labeled “Gift card or discount code” during checkout. This will apply your store credit balance onto your order! Any remaining store credit amount is available for use on a future order using the same credit code.

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Quickship options are available at checkout for same-day shipping on orders placed before 12 PM CST.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s tracking system.
